The website https://alouravn.com/ (“Website”) is an e-commerce platform specializing in providing genuine fashion, handicraft, and perfume products imported and distributed from trusted third parties.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the Website immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Terms and Account Registration

All prices are listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and do not include applicable taxes (Consumption Tax).

Orders are only confirmed after payment is received (for prepaid method) or verified via COD system.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, e-wallet (Momo, ZaloPay,..), cash on delivery (COD) and other methods displayed at checkout.

For international transactions, additional fees may apply (e.g. currency conversion).

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraud or violate these Terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Standard delivery time: 3–10 business days (Vietnam), depending on location and carrier availability.

We work with reputable carriers to ensure that goods arrive in good condition.

If the delivery fails due to customer error (incorrect address, refusal to receive goods, absence), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

Delivery time is only an estimate; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other force majeure.

6. Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

Valid conditions for exchange/return: within 3 days from the date of receipt of goods if the product is defective, incorrect or damaged during transportation.

Conditions: the product must be unused, with original labels, seals and packaging intact.

Ineligible items: used products, products no longer in original condition, clearance or discounted items (unless defective).

Refund method: original payment method (processing time may vary depending on the supplier).

Customers are requested to contact our support department before returning any items.

7. Customer Information Security

We collect, store and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customer information is used solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing customer support and improving our services.
